Please choose a preferred date and two alternate dates. While BSDD reserves the right to combine enrollments for scheduling purposes, we will make every effort to accommodate your first preference.
Once an enrollment is confirmed, BSDD will allow one schedule change per student. A $50 fee will be charged for each additional change or for a cancelled enrollment. |
